Welcome to the Great Start To Quality Child Care Resource Center (GSQRC) serving Michigan's Eastern Region.

We offer a variety of services for Parents and Child Care Providers!

Saginaw Intermediate School District (SISD) is serving the Eastern Region. We are serving Arenac, Bay Huron, Lapeer, Saginaw, Sanilac, St. Clair & Tuscola Counties.

*We assist families via phone and/or in person on how to utilize the Great Start Statewide Connect Database to find child care.

*We assist Licensed Providers in using the Great Start Statewide Connect Database, to update their profile and also to upload pictures of their day care.
